All content included in the membership — courses, community posts, email newsletters, coaching calls, and resource library materials — is based on personal experience and is provided for informational purposes only.

The content is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or psychological advice. Nothing on this site or in the membership creates an attorney-client, financial advisor-client, or therapist-client relationship.

We strongly encourage all members to consult licensed professionals including a family law attorney, CPA, and mental health professional for guidance specific to their situation. Membership

Membership is billed monthly at $79 per month. Your membership includes access to all courses, the private community, monthly coaching calls, and the resource library.

You may cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

We reserve the right to cancel a membership if a member violates community guidelines. Community guidelines exist to protect all members and violations will not be tolerated.

Refund policy

Because membership includes immediate access to all course content and community resources, we do not offer refunds after a membership payment has been processed. If you have a technical issue accessing any membership content please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Course content and intellectual property

All course materials, community content, coaching call recordings, and resource library materials are owned by Thrive Studio LLC and are protected by copyright.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access membership content. You may not share your membership login, share course materials, record or redistribute coaching calls, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

Community guidelines

The Reclaimed Women community is a private, supportive space. Members agree to:

• Treat all other members with respect and compassion. This community contains women in vulnerable situations and unkindness of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Keep all community content private. Do not share, screenshot, or repeat anything shared by other members outside the community. What is shared here stays here.
• Not use the community to sell, promote, or advertise any products or services.
• Not share legal, financial, or medical advice. Members may share personal experience but should not present themselves as professionals.
• Seek professional support when needed. This community is a supplement to professional support, not a replacement for it.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Thrive Studio LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or membership.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site and membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
